What is the rental fee? Please click on the “Banquet & Wedding” tab of this website for a complete list of room rental rates.

How long can I rent the room on my event day? At Las Sendas, we hold one wedding related event a day. You will have exclusive use of the Banquet Room for a 6-hour block of time on Friday evenings (5pm-11pm) and a 13-hour block of time on Saturdays and Sundays (10am-11pm).

What is the room rental deposit? A $600 security/damage deposit is required to reserve your event date. The full amount of your deposit will be refunded approximately 10 business days after your event is held contingent that the Rules and Regulation guidelines were followed. The remaining room rental balance is due 30-days prior to your event.

Is the deposit refundable if I cancel my event? Since your event date is secured for you, thus turning away potential clients, the $600 deposit is forfeited if you should cancel your event.

Where does the ceremony and reception take place? All ceremonies take place outside on the terrace. The reception takes place inside the banquet room or both the terrace and banquet rooms. The maximum capacity is 100 people for the banquet rooms.

Can we just have our ceremony at Las Sendas? Because we have one wedding related event a day and due to limited space, we are unable to rent the terrace for a ceremony only. You can rent the banquet room for a reception only or the terrace and banquet room for a ceremony/reception but not just the terrace unaccompanied.

Are linens supplied for the tables? We are a banquet facility with no in-house catering or linen rental services. Because of this, you are able to bring in your preferred vendor(s) who will supply your linen rental, catering, photography, DJ’ing, etc…needs.

Do I have to have a licensed bartender to serve alcohol at my event? At Las Sendas, it’s not necessary to have a licensed bartender just an insured one. The easiest way to obtain insurance coverage is to hire a professional bartending service that will extend their insurance to your event. There are other options for coverage that the banquet manager will discuss with you during the booking of your event.
