Las Sendas Community Association has a variety of practice areas, including soccer fields, basketball and volleyball courts, and a baseball diamond for your use and enjoyment. We offer one-time use and league reservations for residents of Las Sendas. Reserving your needed space and following the guidelines will prevent overlap and crowding. Reservations for Holidays or Holiday Weekends are not accepted, though the parks and fields will be open for use.

The Las Sendas Community Association has several parks with turf areas large enough to accommodate group activities. The Community has grown to a size that warrants the organizing of all group activities at the parks by the HOA. By doing so, the parks can be enjoyed by as many residents as possible without conflicting events. Therefore, all organized group (team) activities are required to register with the Activities Director. All groups or teams of eight (8) or more using the park must be registered and assigned a time slot to use the park. Groups not registered will be required to leave the park. Only Las Sendas residents are eligible to fill out and request organized use.

To reserve a field, court or ramada for a one-time use:

• Residents must reserve the space at least 48 hours in advance.
• A $25 check deposit is required for your reservation to be complete. Print out your reservation form and bring check (made out to LSCA) to the Trailhead Members Club within 24 hours of submitting your request. This check will be returned if the area is clean and taken care of.
• Please pick up all trash.
• A Las Sendas Resident must remain on the premises at all times with their guests.

For Leagues reserving a field, court or ramada for multiple use:

• Teams must consist of 60% Las Sendas residents. Teams with less than 60% are not considered qualified and would need to follow one-time usage rules.
• An official roster is required.
• A park registration form must be completed.
• A $25 check deposit and a team roster are required for your reservation to be complete. Print out your reservation form and bring team roster and check (made out to LSCA) to the Trailhead Members Club within 24 hours of submitting your request. This check will be returned if the area is clean and taken care of.
• Leagues may reserve an area for three (3) months.
• League teams may reserve an area twice a week, in two-hour blocks.
• A Las Sendas Resident must remain on the premises at all times with their guests.
• Extensions for league reservations (past the original three months) will be accepted pending availability.
