Committees

The Las Sendas Committees are made up of residents appointed by the Board specifically charged with a responsibility set by the Board of Directors or as outlined in the CC&R’s. If you are interested in becoming a member of a committee, click here for an application.

LSCA Committee Types

Mandatory Committees (MC): are required by our governing documents.
LSCA mandatory committees are: 1) Architectural Review

Standing Committees (SC): are ongoing committees that meet a basic LSCA need.
LSCA standing committees are: 1) Communications, 2) Continuous Quality Improvement, 3) Election, 4) Finance Policy and Procedure Committee

Ad Hoc Committees (AHC): they take charge from the Board to deal with a one-time issue and make recommendations to the Board within a specific period, such as a task force. The Board uses a resolution to establish an ad hoc committee.

Mandatory Committees

Architectural Review Committee (MC): This committee has authority to implement and enforce various provisions of the CC&R’s, review building & landscaping plans, establish fees, modify design guidelines and standards and approve all improvements (and plans for improvements) constructed anywhere within Las Sendas.

The LSCA CC&R's require all owners to obtain written approval prior to any new custom home design or exterior alteration or addition to their property before construction starts or any changes that affect the exterior appearance of a property are made.
